Event details: The Outback Farm & Homestay is on the edge of a lake that is ideal for angling and wildlife photography. You will be under the care of Philip Ross, the eminent wildlife photographer. These are areas of Bannerghatta that tourists seldom get to see. In fact, it adjoins the Bannerghatta National Camp.

This unique park has patches of wilderness that has wildlife such as leopards, tigers, wild boar, gaur, wild dogs, sloth bear, and several species of birds. The event helps cement the relationship between the mother and child in a special way in the wilderness. You get to see the rufous-bellied eagle and the yellow-throated bulbul.

Day 1: Arrival and welcome by Philip Ross – name game – lecture by Philip about ornithology – go birding – lunch – nature photography – bird photography hide – trek to the nearby hills – witness sunset – check the nocturnal wanderers – campfire and singalong sessions – retire for the night.
